ICDS training is a national initiative for quality improvement in training of ICDS functionaries to achieve improvement in the quality of early childhood care & development. The project envisages transforming approaches to the training of ICDS functionaries. It also focuses on quality and recognizes merit with rewards and incentives.
The training aims to make ICDS functionaries as agents of social change instead of officials simply discharging their said duties.
